MISSION : Support the sales team in managing group bookings, MICE events, and daily administrative tasks. The trainee will actively engage in the entire group sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and quote preparation to event coordination and post-event analysis.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department.
- Ensure the customer’s experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Respond to client incidents promptly, escalating to the responsible person when necessary.
- Be knowledgeable and promote the hotel’s services and facilities as well as the entertainment programme, experiences and events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Tourism or Business
- Advanced level in English and French. German and Spanish would be an asset.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS such as Opera Cloud) and CRM tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a team, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented.
