WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED?

  • 2+ years of experience in a growth, marketing, or business development role, preferably in the education or admissions space
  • Strong analytical skills and experience deriving insights from large datasets
  • Proven track record of developing and executing growth campaigns that delivered measurable results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling student-facing messaging
  • Ability to think strategically while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and get tactical
  • Familiarity with growth marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Amplitude, customer messaging tools, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach to problem-solving in the face of constraints
  • Passion for expanding access to higher education and helping students achieve their college dreams
  • Bachelor’s degree ongoing, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Ambitious individual and data driven

Responsibilities:

TO SUPPORT OUR STUDENTS, WE HAVE BUILT / PURPOSE OF ROLE

This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Conduct market research to identify college student segments and understand their needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Analyze data on college student acquisition channels and c.application submission rates to identify growth opportunities to help us growth our supply of essays in the site.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Admit Yogi among college students
  • Collaborate with the product team to optimize the college application submission flow and improve conversion rates
  • Establish and grow partnerships with colleges, college access organizations, and other student-serving entities to expand our supply channels
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics including c.applications registrations, application starts, submission rates, and application finishes.
  • Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and other student-facing touchpoints to maximize engagement
  • Identify and remove barriers in the application process to make submission as seamless as possible for students
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and best practices in user growth and funnel optimization
  • Manually reach out to TOP 50 college students to ask for their common apps and define the programs for making that playbook scalable.
  • Proactively propose and implement new growth tactics and strategies to achieve ambitious application volume targets
