Team Overview:
As a Growth Experience Sr. Analyst, you will be at the heart of our Latin American Driver Communities operations. You will manage key aspects of our initiatives, drive growth through innovative iniatives supported by strategic analysis, and operate the program in a high-paced, startup-like environment. This role requires a strong project management skills, feeling comfortable solving ambiguous problems, and a lot of passion for getting from 0-1.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee and streamline the daily operations of Driver Communities in Latin America. Manage from product launches, ongoing projects, and ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and solve complex problems. Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy.
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to enhance and adapt offerings based on community needs and market dynamics. Drive improvements and innovations within the product suite.
Ambiguity Navigation: Tackle and resolve ambiguous and complex problems with creativity and critical thinking. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
Role Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations, growth, project management, or a related field. Experience in tech-driven environments is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with tech platforms, software development processes, or related technical skills is highly desirable.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Soft Skills: Exceptional project management and stakeholder management abilities. Proven problem-solving skills with a knack for navigating ambiguity and driving results in a high-paced environment.
