3 | Optimize CRM for End-to-End Customer Experience
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize CRM workflows to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and targeting for personalized marketing efforts.
- Implement and manage automated campaigns to nurture leads and build customer relationships, such as email sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and develop actionable strategies to improve lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn
Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO CREATIVE AND ITERATE UNTIL YOU FIND WAYS TO DRIVE GROWTH TO PARADOX.
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Disney for their obsession of excelling and having a worldwide impact. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level.
TO DO SO, HERE ARE YOUR 4 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1 | Own marketing funnels from A to Z, and beyond
- Create, redesign, integrate, and optimize all marketing funnels (set up webinars and email automations, integrate landing pages and payment flows, automatically gather testimonials…)
- Ensure the seamless functionality of marketing funnels, guaranteeing they operate without any issues.
- Select and maintain the most effective tools to optimize performance, testing easiness and long-term reliability.
2 | Implement CRO routines and hack the growth
- Implement Growth Hacking Experiments and Frameworks
- Benchmark, select and implement an A/B testing tool
- Set-up trust worthy performance dashboards and report on a weekly basis to the VP Marketing
- Build and animate solid testing protocol routines with the PMM
- Iterate relentlessly on all steps of the AARRR funnel

4 | Own Affiliate and Influencer Strategy for Maximum Impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate and influencer strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with high-impact affiliates, influencers and KOL aligned with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Create, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and performance-based incentives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate and influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize content, targeting, and channel mix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate and influencer strategies into broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
