The Growth Lead will play a critical role in advancing justDice’s expansion efforts by leading innovative and strategic growth initiatives. This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to effectively overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of marketing and growth operations. This individual will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:



    • Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Proactively identify opportunities for growth, establish and execute action plans to address them.

    • Continuously research and identify unconventional marketing potential partners that align with company objectives.
    • Proactively reach out to potential partners, initiate discussions, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to establish long-term partnerships that align on strategic goals and accelerate growth efforts.
    • Oversee and optimize growth marketing campaigns across a variety of unconventional channels, with a focus on innovative and non-traditional marketing sources. This includes partnerships with offline brands and other unique avenues beyond typical digital platforms to expand our reach and impact.
    • Work closely with product, design, and user acquisition teams to align campaigns with product goals and maximize their effectiveness.
    • Conduct detailed analyses of campaign performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall return on investment.
