THE POSITION | ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a Growth Manager for our business-to-business software-as-a-service RegTech and payment products. You will lead the way in identifying rising business opportunities around bank compliance, payments, KYC, and other digitisation/API products for the financial industry. You will develop partnerships and build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to generate new leads for the company and help it grow. You will be responsible for setting strategic directions for business development. You should have strong consulting skills and be able to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and other company departments to define viable approaches in line with relevant industry standards and best practices. You will also liaise with product management, tech, and ops teams. We expect you to bring energy and passion to the role, inspiring those in the department and within the wider company.

  • Achieve sales targets: we are looking for someone who is constantly driven to outperform their previous achievements and visibly showcase outstanding results. You will be responsible for hitting financial targets through cross-selling, upselling, generating sales leads, negotiating effectively, and closing deals. Your passion and drive will help us reach new heights.
  • Scout new business opportunities: we need someone who is always on the lookout for new business opportunities. You will conduct market analyses, gather detailed information about market leads and key problems, and identify the need for solutions. By working closely with our development, operations, and product management teams, you will help us build a competitive market position. You will be accountable for applying our marketing and sales strategies across all our products and platforms sales efforts.
  • Develop client relationships: building and maintaining strong client relationships is key. You will provide advice, maintain constant communication, take proactive measures, share your knowledge, and understand client needs. Your efforts will ensure we deliver consistent, high-quality services.
  • Coordinate Partner Network: You will identify and assess partners at business, technical, and compliance levels with the support of other departments. Leading negotiations and nurturing these relationships over time, you will help generate new leads for the company.
