Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have minimum 3 years experience in building and running an eCommerce business in Poland
  • You are native in Polish and lived / worked in the country so you have a deep and intuitive understanding of the culture
  • Ideally you have worked in the health / nutrition space; a strong interest in the field is a must!
  • You naturally understand a brand’s DNA and how to deliver an outstanding D2C experience
  • You have orchestrated the marketing channel mix including Influencer, CRM, PR and Social Media
  • You have proven that you can take full ownership of your business with the ability to understand market dynamics
  • You are business minded, KPI-driven entrepreneurial with a can do attitude and a strong will to push through roadblocks
  • You are very good in English; German is not required!

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany’s most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.

Responsibilities:

As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to customers in Poland and challenge the local market leaders. You – as our Growth Manager – will lead this effort and will be fully responsible to successfully launch and scale our business.

  • You own the country P&Ls and work towards clear revenue and profitability goals
  • You build a deep understanding of the Polish market environment and identify what it takes for Sunday to succeed
  • You define and execute local initiatives to build the brand in Poland
  • You personally connect with relevant partners on the ground and be the face and go-to-person of Sunday Natural in Poland
  • You coordinate and challenge all global marketing functions in respect to the Polish market – such as Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and CRM
  • You ensure a perfect end-to-end customers experience from product offering to webshop, content, customer service and operations
