At Signifly London, we are experiencing rapid growth and have big ambitions to continue scaling by providing innovative digital marketing solutions to our clients. One central strategy for Signifly is to strengthen our team’s growth marketing competencies and offerings with an experienced and motivated growth marketing consultant, whose focus will be to identify and execute digital marketing strategies that will drive positive ROI for our clients. We are looking for our next ambitious, highly skilled, and entrepreneurial-minded growth marketing professional to join our team. We expect you to identify the needs of the individual clients and turn these needs into a specific plan of action - typically by building, testing and improving a marketing funnel strategy within SEM, Social Media advertising, E-mail marketing flows and CRO. We have excellent creative, design, development and production capacity in-house and you will be working closely with our internal resources to grow clients’ businesses. Using your insights and guidance, we will build products, campaigns, and other marketing activities, to drive revenue for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with PPC, SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and CRO.
• Ability to create and implement end-to-end marketing strategies, with a focus on optimizing customer journeys and maximizing ROI.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are driven by continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building client relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for data and metrics with the ability to analyze and interpret performance data to refine strategies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
