As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Director to join our growing team.
As the Growth Marketing Director you will lead our growth marketing initiatives. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, and growth hacking techniques. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise every stage of the marketing funnel and ensure sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Identify growth opportunities across all marketing channels, both organic and paid, and develop strategies to capitalise on them
- Establish a clear roadmap for growth, setting measurable goals and KPIs that align with business objectives
