Description:
GROWTH MARKETING EXECUTIVE
As a Growth Marketing Executive at Treatwell, you’ll play a crucial role in executing strategic growth initiatives. You’ll support campaign optimisation across multiple platforms and collaborate on innovative projects, driving new customer acquisition and leveraging new AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Growth and Paid Media Strategy: Build out campaigns to meet business objectives, define audience segments and refine creative messaging across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with design and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts for paid social campaigns.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with account managers at Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and more, leveraging new platform features and advertising options.
- Analytics Expertise: Use marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Industry Leadership: Participate in industry events and research emerging AI, media platforms and advertising opportunities that have the potential to drive growth.
- Paid Search Proficiency: Analyse and optimise paid search campaigns across B2C and B2B segments, leveraging advanced bidding strategies.
- Creative Asset Development: Regularly analyse creative performance and collaborate with the design team on developing fresh content.
- Making Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, generating insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives.
