REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally 1 year experience working in Startups or Marketing agency or PR company (Minimum application for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.)
  • Excellent presentation, fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with AI tools for brand management and digital content creation (https://taplio.com / )
  • Ability to craft sharp, concise, and engaging contents with style.
  • Proven to have a high level of planning and attention to detail. Good time management and organisational skills are essential.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

We have an ambitious marketing growth trajectory so beyond the skills you already possess, your ability to propose technical solutions and solve problems with logics will be critical to handle this role while reporting to the CEO.
The Growth Marketing Intern will play a crucial role to shape our company culture, supercharge our funding marketing strategy while driving day-to-day digital initiatives to capture new inbound leads and engagement. You shall plan, execute and analyze marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Instagram.
1/ Business branding ✅
Co-create a digital brand guideline to keep a strong identity online.

- The guidelines will be used by designers, and for content creation
- Social layouts: Cover and banners, profile pics, blog layout, LinkedIn banners…)
- Communicate the company Mission / Vision / Purpose / USP
- Share our unique business journey and tell a story, to build trust and relate to customers.
2/ Personal branding ✅
Establish and manage the digital “Personal branding” of our CEO

- Clear focus = Articulate an authentic area of expertise, share passion
- Drive value contents = Share insights, experiences, knowledges (Video shooting, podcasts…)
- Create engagements = Interact with audience, check LinkedIn posts
- Networking = Build relationships, actively connect with professionals of our industry
- Register for speaker events, build an agenda of latest-hotest industry events in town to participate…
3/ CRM Marketing ✅
Communicate our value proposition to attract potential investors around the fundraising and track our portfolio of HNWI in Salesforce.

- Funding Marketing: Develop actions to connect with our potential investors
- Enrich our CRM with Salesforce through latest insights
- Gather and track our “investor audience” to build proactive & meaningful digital interactions
4/ Tracking & Analysis ✅
Track and improve the overall company brand visibility (awareness & growth)

- Create monthly reports comparing data: traffic, clicks, referrals, paid search, paid lead generation, other activation done via competitions, (Monitor tools from: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads…)
