WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have already acquired 4-6 years of experience in the field (s) of digital marketing, consulting management,scale ups and are ideallyalready in a leading role of a successful start-up / or E-commerce company
  • You are analytically strong and have a strong preference for making evidence-based decisions
  • You have led and developed a growth/marketing team
  • You are enthusiastic about innovative marketing approaches as well as their implementation and further development
  • You are solution-oriented and possess a growth-mindset
  • You are not afraid to train, manage and above all to learn perpetually, and as quickly as possible
  • You are strategic and willing to drive changes with long term vision
  • You are a data-driven person, able to analyze data and derive relevant insights
  • You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are passionate all-rounder and pragmatist.
  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese

Responsibilities:

  • As a leader, expert and coach, you will build, develop and mentor our growth team.
  • You will build the Growth Marketing Strategy and co-build the winning commercial campaigns alongside the category leads and E-commerce manager.
  • You will collaborate with our Global Marketing team to ensure we take the global best practices for our market while maximizing the steering efficiency of our performance marketing channels.
  • Be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from scaling & maximizing our Acquisition channels performance, consolidating our Brand positioning, optimizing our user experience & journey, to uncovering new growth avenues.
  • You will provide guidance and mentorship in areas including budgeting, reporting, testing and quality assurance.
  • You will be a role model in data management to drive your decision making and unlock growth opportunities.
