We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to join our team in our Toronto office to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to grow our customer base and optimize our marketing funnel. This is a key strategic role that will directly impact our company’s growth trajectory.
We work in a hybrid work environment, and we value in-person collaboration and will meet in-office three days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Customer Success, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Experiment with new growth strategies and channels, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve marketing performance and conversion rates.
