QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on user acquisition, market expansion, and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-performing marketing operations.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and optimisation strategies.
- Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies in fast-paced environments, ideally within tech or healthcare sectors.
- Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, performance marketing dashboards).
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Growth Lead is responsible for driving Qbtech’s overall growth strategy, focusing on scaling revenue, user acquisition, and market expansion. This role will manage and optimise the company’s marketing efforts by overseeing performance marketing and marketing operations to ensure alignment with Qbtech’s business objectives.
The Growth Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that drive sustainable growth across all markets
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue, user acquisition, and market penetration.
- Oversee performance marketing efforts, ensuring the optimisation of paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Manage marketing operations to streamline processes and ensure the efficient use of resources, tools, and technology.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to drive organic growth, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and competitive analysis.
- Ensure technical SEO improvements are aligned with overall growth objectives, working closely with web development and product teams to enhance site speed, mobile usability, and overall SEO health.
- Lead the optimisation and automation of Qbtech’s marketing operations, leveraging Salesforce to enhance campaign tracking, lead management, and reporting processes to ensure streamlined workflows and actionable insights.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate Salesforce data to drive personalised, data-driven user engagement and growth.
- Analyse key growth metrics and identify opportunities for scaling successful initiatives while addressing underperformance, including adjustments to SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Lead testing and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimisation), to optimise growth campaigns and improve user engagement and conversions.
- Provide mentorship to the performance marketing team to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and operational efficiency.
- Drive market expansion strategies, including identifying new market opportunities and executing entry strategies.
