We are now seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for a12 month fixed term contract.
As a Growth Marketing expert, you will spearhead our global growth initiatives, focusing on scaling our premium travel deals and enhancing customer acquisition and retention. This role demands creativity and a data-driven approach to propel our brand to new heights in the competitive travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Customer Marketing, CRM, content & Product managers to enhance marketing campaigns and customer experience through experimentation across the entire customer lifecycle
- Running campaigns and testing new channels in a methodical and iterative manner.
- Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance and optimise strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalise on emerging marketing technologies and platforms.
- Develop and implement the marketing campaigns for new and existing products in line with company objectives
- Implement a focused customer acquisition plan and customer engagement and retention strategy
- Review the customer funnel and consistently drive projects to optimize sales performance
