Description:

Tungsten Automation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - ABM to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing highly-targeted marketing strategies that focus on specific accounts and prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of ABM principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams. This role is remote/home based in Portugal with occasional travel to meet the team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and BDR outreach.
  • Identify and segment key target accounts and personas in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Create and deliver personalized marketing content and messages tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts, leveraging ABM tools and technology.
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and online events.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Ensure ABM campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

    Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ABM concepts and frameworks a plus
