MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a growth-focused position
  • Native-level proficiency or business fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and hands-on approach
  • Previous experience in an international team
  • Proven experience with B2B SaaS marketing
  • Experience with Saas lead generation and conversion rate optimization
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience with website user experience insights tools such as Hotjar
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
  • Experience with CMS tools such as Webflow

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to shape our growth goals, and drive conversion optimization and performance marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll take ownership of enhancing user funnels and driving the development of innovative marketing strategies. You’ll closely collaborate with the Marketing & Growth Lead and act as a key stakeholder among cross-functional teams. Your expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making will be essential for achieving our growth targets.
The start date is November 2024, the work location is Berlin, and the salary ranges between €55-65K gross/annum, based on relevant experience and qualifications. This position is available on a full-time basis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Marketing strategy: Develop and test innovative ideas to unlock growth potential, benchmark the market and product, and explore new opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Growth Lead to shape and execute marketing strategies.
  • Conversion rate optimization: Design and optimize user funnels through A/B testing tools across our website and various channels. Analyze the customer journey to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements.
  • Performance marketing: Build and implement a paid campaign strategy across key channels. Continuously test new formats, creatives, and messaging to optimize performance.
  • Project management: From ideation to execution act as a key stakeholder within the marketing team and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking: Leverage data insights to guide decision-making. Analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable steps for continuous growth.
