As the Growth Marketing Manager at Census, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our B2B customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll develop and execute experiments and programs to acquire more Operations, Data, and Growth users and drive feature adoptions.
You’ll work closely with our product, Sales, Operations, and data teams to optimize our customer journey with North Star’s metrics of New Users Acquisition and Org Activations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for our B2B segments
  • Develop and manage partnerships, affiliate programs, and other scalable growth channels to drive top-of-funnel growth
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to optimize the self-serve customer journey and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points, using these insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new growth experiments and optimize existing channels
  • Own and optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI across global markets
  • Create compelling, personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with our target B2B audience
