Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Twinkl Educational Publishing is searching for a driven and visionary Growth & Marketing Manager to propel our Strategic Partnerships team to new heights. If you’re a master communicator, an expert project manager, or an analytical whiz with a knack for SEO and link-building, this role is perfect for you.
As part of the role, you will forge and amplify partnerships with industry giants like Netflix, SEGA, Sony Pictures, Paramount, and beyond. Elevate our strategic alliances to the global stage, supporting educators everywhere. Harness your creativity and strategic thinking to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our market footprint.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO MEETS A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • A proven work experience in key marketing and growth role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
