Interactive Films is a dynamic and innovative production studio under Snail Inc. dedicated to creating compelling and engaging short-form narrative content such as vertical web series, FMV, etc. Our Marketing Department plays a crucial role in bringing our games and short form series to life through engaging visual content.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented growth marketing manager to join our onsite marketing team in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, analytics, and a passion for gaming and entertainment. This role is key to optimizing our paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring that our advertising efforts align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google/YouTube Ads and Facebook Ads, and other social media ads platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Lead SEO content marketing initiatives to boost organic search rankings and drive valuable traffic.
  • Oversee deployment of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
  • Provide direction and support to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media management, particularly within the gaming industry.
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Beverly Hills.

Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
