REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business /Communication or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in lead generation, management, scoring, and nurturing. This includes lifecycle management, conversion rate optimization, technical SEO, and sign-up flows.
  • Fluent in English. Previous proven experience in writing copy or content in English would make you stand out!
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to set up analytics dashboards is a plus.
  • Familiar with major ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, plus knowledge of pixel tracking setups and up-to-date knowledge of privacy.
  • Tech savvy and able to quickly master new tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of the US market or working in digital health a plus.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skills across multiple areas of marketing, in a fast-growth company, with innovative products that capture a global market and span both B2B and B2C.
Your main responsibility will be to own and utilize digital tools to drive interest through the entire marketing funnel, both for the Empatica Health Monitoring Platform (our FDA-cleared digital platform for remote patient monitoring) and our EpiMonitor product (our FDA-cleared wearable product that detects seizures in people with epilepsy).
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is data-driven, proactive, and creative. You enjoy using the tools at your disposal and constantly learning new tricks, with a knack for analytics and a passion for constantly testing and optimizing to keep improving our KPIs and driving results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lifecycle marketing & automation: You will be ideating and executing campaigns using Pardot and Mailchimp, and building nurture programs and automations for our prospects and users.
  • Demand generation: You will be working on team initiatives to generate leads and new customers for our products through targeted efforts such as ABM, lead capture at events, and digital ads.
  • Website and Marketing Tech Management: You will be the owner of our website optimization, pushing for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO. You will be collaborating with designers and internal and external developers, managing and strategically growing the marketing tech stack, and overseeing our website maintenance for optimal functionality.
  • Analytics and reporting: You will collaborate with the Business Operations team to maintain accurate and automated reporting of KPIs that can be shared with the rest of the business.
  • On a regular basis, you will be working with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create effective assets and content to assist with the above, such as sales enablement material and gated content.
  • You will be supporting the Director of Marketing on creating strategic plans for the growth of Empatica.
    The role reports to the Director of Marketing.
