Team Overview:
Our Eater Growth team is responsible for acquiring new users into the platform and converting them into loyal users across the countries we operate in the Spanish Speaking Region.
We do this by effectively managing our promotion activity, in-depth user understanding and effectively deploying our country strategies.
You will oversee the Latam operation by executing the growth strategies across the country in the cities we operate.
Role Responsibilities:
- Designing, testing, and implementing effective operational tactics aligned with each country’s strategic objectives.
- Conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational performance.
- Maintaining and updating essential tools, including dashboards, to support the team’s smooth operations.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Contributing to strategic projects focused on identifying new growth levers.
Role Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven success in fast-paced environments, with a focus on operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, management, engineering, economics, or related).
- Experience in tech, consulting, marketing, or operations management.
- Adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results.
- Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and data analysis tools, including Pivot Tables.
- Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
