Role Overview: Growth Excellence Manager
We are seeking a Growth Excellence Manager who will strategically spearhead our growth operations optimization across cities, focusing on strategic innovations, market expansion, and enhancing lead generation and conversion process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, ensuring strategies align with our business goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling our operations and optimizing performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on innovation around lead generation and conversion processes optimization budget for the team and present to the management for proper analysis and approval
- Lead a cross-functional team to optimize lead generation and conversion processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities and areas for innovation.
- Drive operational excellence across growth operations, ensuring strategies are scalable and sustainable.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and excellence in every aspect of growth operation.
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent leadership and communication Skills

Location and Travel:
The candidate will be based in Africa.
The role would require frequent travel to operating countries.
