We are looking for an exceptional Growth Product Manager to join our growing product management organisation and help form our Product Growth function internally. This role will focus on Activation and Monetization to begin with, while consulting other Product Managers across the organization on improving overall Product Adoption. The team’s mission is to ensure that our prospects, customers and partners acquire, activate and continuously experience the value of our products.
You will be contributing to the overall product strategy alongside your Design and Engineering counterparts, and you will specifically be responsible for translating Uberall’s overarching value proposition into actionable insights and smart recommendations across several user touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the Activation & Monetization product roadmaps at Uberall - from leading the overall strategy and vision to creating and iterating on an outcome-driven roadmap to delivering value to customers and reselling partners.
- Lead the discovery effort leveraging data, internal feedback collection, regular customer interviews, research, technical requirements, etc. to understand the needs of our personae & find the most suitable solutions. Champion continuous discovery habits throughout the product organisation.
- Leverage the best research methods in collaboration with Product Design and Data Analyst to identify user pain points (product data analysis, user testing, etc.)
- You will be responsible for the appropriate planning, prioritisation, and release management processes with your Engineering counterpart to enable us to launch new features rapidly.
- Drive a test and iterate approach that focuses on experimentation to validate ideas before building software.
- Implement tactics to maximise the adoption of your features and their business impact.
- Partner with Uberall’s marketing, sales, support and success teams to coordinate the go-to-market strategy and ensure high impact of releases.
- Communicate frequently and clearly to internal stakeholders and customers/partners.
- Define, report and optimise product goals and KPIs to improve your product area.
- Contribute to and improve our product practices with your expertise, knowledge, learnings from past experiences, books, podcasts, communities, etc.
