REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally at an early-stage company
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS with a hybrid Sales & Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach.
  • Proficient in Growth Hacking methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate marketing performance
  • Creative, hands-on, and able to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and creative full-stack Marketing Lead to spearhead our growth and product marketing efforts at Synthflow AI. In this role, you will take ownership of our customer acquisition and retention funnel, with a strong focus on demand generation and optimizing middle-of-the-funnel conversion rates. You will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored for B2B growth, leveraging your expertise in SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media to attract and retain customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and optimize our full customer acquisition funnel. Lead efforts in demand generation with the ability to activate customers whilst maintaining healthy conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive B2B growth.
  • Drive customer acquisition through different channels (SEM, SEO, Email, Youtube, Socials)
  • Orchestrate GTM launches and identify new marketing channels.
  • Lead and manage a marketing team including experts for SEO, SEM and Social channels, Video Editor, Designer, and Content Creator.
  • Utilize and be hands-on with marketing tools and workstream deliverables.
