Overview: The Growth Strategy Manager II (GSM II) is a high-touch resource for customers designing and developing automation solutions that meet customer business requirements. On the spectrum of fulfillment the GSM II may work closely with GMS I in coordinating the fulfillment of a purchased service package. GSM II will be responsible for sales of Green, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages. The GSM II may laser focus on a specific demographic such as Partners, Influencers, Franchise, etc. helping these customers identify areas of opportunity, develop LifeCycle Automation Strategy and ensure customers are achieving their goals by using one of Keap’s Service Packages.
