Description:
- Highschool education or relevant experience in a security operations centre environment
- Proficient in using office software, with good document writing skills
- Strong logical thinking ability, good verbal & written communication skills; have a customer focussed mindset
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to work 24/7 schedule
- Experience in CCTV and alarm monitoring/response, including officer dispatching
- Experience using mass communication tools
- Familiarity with incident/emergency response protocols, including event reporting/logging & case management
- Ideal candidate will also have familiarity with proprietary and/or open-source intelligence risk event monitoring tools and techniques intelligence monitoring platforms and software.
