Apply to find out more About you: As a GTM (Go to Market) Manager you will support the execution of key product and marketing initiatives that will grow incremental revenue for the business. You will craft compelling messaging and content for our strategic products and launch new solutions. Working in conjunction with the Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams you will develop innovative marketing collateral and sales tools for product positioning, sales enablement, and product GTM while supporting best in class value proposition creation. Your critical GTM enablement packs will support the demand generation efforts of the Marketing team and improve the effectiveness of the Sales process to ensure sales success. In addition owning the GTM process of the customer journey will ensure customer satisfaction while supporting new business generation, bundled-product sales and repeat purchasing. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer benefits are crucial. You will be an expert in our target audience, their buying behaviour and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the lead generation and sales teams or channel. The role will be a key input into the strategic Product Marketing plan as well as a requirement to execute tactically, be flexible and multi skilled stakeholder management, product planning, marketing enablement, sales enablement, GTM coordination. To succeed in this role you must relish working with passion at pace. Day-to-day, you will: • Go-to-market strategy & product launches: Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to create effective launch strategies for new products and features. Gain deep understanding of buyer behaviors, coordinate cross-functional readiness, and ensure launches meet KPIs, including sales enablement and marketing coordination. • Product performance & market targeting: Drive innovative marketing initiatives to achieve divisional targets for new and existing products. Identify cross-sell opportunities in different markets and gain Product Marketing Director’s support for executing targeted campaigns. • Sales enablement & customer journey: Develop impactful value propositions and sales tools to enhance the selling process and increase conversion rates. Coordinate with marketing teams to create powerful lead generation campaigns and optimize customer journeys for both new and existing products. • Market intelligence & customer advocacy: Be the expert on buyers, competition, and market dynamics, communicating insights internally. Develop customer success stories, champion customer satisfaction, and ensure product marketing stays relevant and competitive in the market. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Product marketing & communication expertise: Proven experience in software product marketing, management, or presales, with a strong focus on B2B software, SaaS, and cloud computing solutions. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has domain expertise in business application software. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, translating technical details into compelling customer outcomes, while consistently delivering successful product propositions and launch campaigns. • Leadership & collaboration: A self-starter with proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams, particularly in multi-divisional, matrixed environments. Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and excels at managing outcomes-focused projects. Capable of building confidence in product marketing across sales and stakeholder teams, and inspiring others with a passion for great marketing. • Project management & campaign execution: Skilled at leading product go-to-market (GTM) processes and managing tactical and strategic projects with tight deadlines. Proven track record of executing lead generation campaigns across multiple media channels, with an emphasis on inbound marketing. Capable of balancing high-level strategic thinking with the practical execution of product marketing initiatives. • Adaptability & continuous improvement: Passionate about product marketing, with a strong awareness of technology trends and external market influencers. Adaptable and flexible in dynamic, agile environments, and able to motivate teams through challenging circumstances. Focused on continual improvement and open to new ideas, while maintaining a sharp focus on driving impactful, outcome-oriented product marketing strategies. What are we all about?
