Description:

TALENT AT HYPEREXPONENTIAL

Over the last 18 months the Talent team has been busy scaling the business from 70 to 160+ across London and Warsaw, and now as hyperexponential has succesfully launched in New York City, we’re looking for a new Talent Partner to support the growth of our GTM functions in all locations.
We are currently a team of eight and our culture is built upon ‘high-trust, high-accountability’. The company has a deeply-rooted Talent-first approach so as a team we are able to fully embed ourselves within hiring teams to forge successful, collaborative partnerships.
We’re a data-driven team with a first-class TA tool suite including Ashby, Sourcewhale and Metaview, and we’re always looking for new ways to level ourselves up!

YOUR MISSION

As the GTM Talent Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, including our CEO (London based), CRO (NYC based) and VP of Sales (London based), as we grow both - our newly established NYC office as well as our growing London-based Revenue team.
We need a Talent Partner with a history of finding and hiring the best Go-To-Market talent that tech has to offer. In this role, your mission will be to design and execute top level recruitment strategies to attract exceptional candidates for critical Sales, Customer, and Marketing positions. These roles will include both higher volume hires such as Enterprise Account Executives and Customer-focused roles and niche, specialised positions like industry-SMEs.
Over the next six months, your success will be measured by your ability to attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates to meet hx’s growing needs for Go-To-Market talent in New York and London. If you are someone who always prioritises the quality of hires and builds top-performing teams, often from scratch, this role is what you are looking for. We are a values-driven organisation, and we know that alignment with our core values is how we will realise our ambitions. Therefore, we are looking for a Talent Partner who shares this passion for not only skills-based, but also values-based hiring!

YOUR DAY

  • Ensure successful delivery against our US GTM hiring strategy, with a focus on time-to-fill and diversity
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial candidate screenings to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Proactively maintain consistent, high-quality and diverse candidate pipelines across all GTM roles
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to stay ahead of changing hiring needs and be quick to adapt
  • Proactively engage with top-tier talent in the market and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Go the extra mile when it comes to candidate experience
  • Ensure data is always accurately recorded and updated in our ATS - Ashby - and other tools, maintaining a high level of data integrity
  • Provide clear, highly-informative and regular hiring progress updates to your stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

This opportunity may not be the best fit if you prefer not to:

  • Dive deep into Boolean searches and talent mapping as well as getting really creative in the pursuit of top talent
  • Take the lead in qualifying openings with senior leaders
  • Handle a high volume of outreach and screening conversations
  • Juggle multiple priorities and manage your time effectively in a dynamic setting

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take on these challenges head-on. If that’s not your style, this might not be the right role for you.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 4-5+ years’ recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years’ in-house GTM experience
  • Demonstrated success in hiring Enterprise Account Executives, as well as technical and non-technical GTM roles
  • Significant multi level stakeholder management experience in an advisory/consultative (Senior) Talent Partner role
  • Deep knowledge of local GTM markets and their trends, and a great network within these communities
  • A proven ability and drive to deliver results and an inherent desire to not miss targets
  • Evidence of community engagement within GTM events, meetups, and other networking events
  • Experience within a high-growth Series B+ tech scaleup
