Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a GTM, product marketing, or related role, preferably in the consumer electronics or home robotics industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market expansion in Europe.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:
The GTM (Go To Market) Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans for our home robotics product across European markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the European market landscape, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the European market.
- Develop and refine GTM strategies tailored to regional market needs and consumer behaviors.
- Product Launches:
- Coordinate and manage product launches from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Develop detailed launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between European regional teams and global headquarters.
- Marketing & Sales Enablement:
- Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools to drive product adoption and sales.
- Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market content tailored to European audiences.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed.
- Channel Management:
- Identify and develop relationships with key distribution and retail partners in the region.
- Ensure optimal product placement, pricing, and promotion in line with brand guidelines.
