Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Computer Science).
- 1-2 years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations or a consulting role.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; Python experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a positive mindset and ambition to learn and grow in the role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
- Experience with Python is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our growing GTM Strategy & Operations team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key partner to our sales leadership and broader GTM team, you will support strategic initiatives across the EMEA region and play a critical role in optimizing sales processes and developing data-driven decisions.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role balances operational ownership with strategic impact. You will directly influence sales effectiveness and revenue growth while working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Examples of what you will do in this role include:
- Collaborate with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Build and implement sales analytics and business intelligence tools to support the global sales organization in executing successful strategies and achieving sales goals.
- Structure and execute projects by developing work plans, synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics to identify insights and actionable opportunities.
- Create dashboards and presentations to communicate insights effectively to leadership and teams across the organization..
Operational Responsibilities
- Own the operational cadences for lead distribution across the EMEA region.
- Resolve lead, account, and partner referral queues, handling issue resolution for Sales Operations requests.
- Manage Rules of Engagement queries for the region and provide guidance to sales teams.
- Support Sales Managers with territory management and account alignments in CRM systems.
- Regularly evaluate and improve operational processes, suggesting enhancements to leadership.
- Build business cases for operational improvements using qualitative review and data analysis.
- Lead training sessions for sellers on operational processes, including Rules of Engagement and account workflows.
