We have offices in Gatwick and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring and providing upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences in the lead up to event and on site.
- Effectively managing mailboxes, promptly responding to all guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
- Using templates already created set up and populate documents such as: guest lists, critical paths, annual calendars, briefing documents, trackers, seating plans.
- Coordinating full guest lists
- Drafting, designing and distributing invites, tickets and other general communications for guests attending 50 Best Events.
- Collaborating with the Operations Team plan and design the Front of House and
- Attending events and managing the Front of House process.
- Working with internal stakeholders and attend planning meetings.
- Creating pre-event information sheets.
- Creating post-event reports on guest attendance as well as study guest feedback and provide ideas to continuously improve guest experience.
- Fulfilling any necessary duties delegated by the Operations Director and Group Operations Manager.
