Responsibilities:
- Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs

- Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
- Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
- Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
- Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
