Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Assist with sales and making bookings
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Monitor and respond to reception emails
- Provide information on the surrounding area including but not limited to daily activities
- Responsible for printing and reviewing reports
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
- General use of booking systems
