We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor Full Time Park Lane to join our award-winning hotel team, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a passionate individual with natural leadership abilities and a strong inclination towards luxury hospitality.

JOB SUMMARY

The associate will serve as the property Manager on Duty when rotated as such and oversee all property operations during the shift, assisting the successful daily operations of Front Office including Front desk, Guest Relations, Switchboard functions and staff. Leads and assists in the drive to improve guest and employee satisfaction and assist with the execution of all relevant financial goals. Assist in leading the execution of the daily operations by working with and leading the team to elevate the guest experience in all areas during the shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation by personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks as needed. Associate will also take on the role and duties of the Guest Service Agent when working under the Guest Services Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the checklist.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience working within a similar environment preferred
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Good level of English essential
  • Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems e.g. Office, Marsha, Opera, etc.
