JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a high level of customer service throughout their dining experience.Answer inquiries regarding the restaurant’s menu, promotions, and services.Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.Ensure guests are comfortable and check in with them during their dining experience.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservation bookings and inquiries through various channels (phone, email, or online platforms).Manage the seating arrangements, ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly during busy periods.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Maintain high levels of hospitality and professionalism, ensuring each guest’s experience is memorable.Assist in managing VIP guests or regular patrons and create personalized experiences for them.Organize special events or occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, offering additional services if necessary.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the front-of-house team, including servers and managers, to ensure seamless service.Provide feedback to management about guests’ preferences or concerns to improve service and operations.Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the restaurant.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect and document guest feedback through surveys, comments, or direct conversations.Report guest complaints or suggestions to the management team for review and improvement.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the face of the restaurant by promoting its values, atmosphere, and quality of service.Ensure that the restaurant’s standards are met consistently.
