EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Guest Experience or Assistant Guest Relations Manager role.
- Minimum 2 year experience within a 5* Hotel.
- Strong understanding of OPERA or similar reservation systems.

Responsibilities:
As the Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests have a memorable stay with us; where we not only meet but exceed their expectations. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee the entire guest journey from post reservation to check in through to departure.
- Review the incoming guests on a weekly basis in order to assign appropriate rooms, establish guests needs in advance of their arrival and prepare appropriate amenities
- Create a bespoke check in experience for VIP’s to ensure discretion and privacy if necessary.
- Develop and implement guest relations strategies with the Director of Rooms to further improve the guest experience.
- To be the key point of contact for any VIP guest staying with us ensuring you build a strong positive and ongoing relationship with them.
- Manage and provide direction to all employees on the floor during shifts and events.
- Ensure correct use of all reservations systems for any VIP bookings.
- Be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice.
- To offer strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team.
