REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good communication skils and demonstrate ability to interact with customers and employees
- Good problem solving skills and organizational abilities
- Sound supervisory skills and able to be a role model
Responsibilities:
ROLE
This role reports to the Duty Manager and is responsible for the operational efficiency and service delivery of the Front Office areas including Reception and the Club Lounge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established and standards.
- Responsible for the smooth operations of each section in the Front Office
Build positive rapport with VIPs, Club guests and return guests to ascertain their preference in room, F&B and other preferences.
Supervise Front Office operations during assigned shift including but not limited to:
- Maintenance of guest information
- Compile occupancy statistics
- Supervise group booking
- Assist with complaints
- Supervise cashiering activities during shift including but not limited to:
- Cash handling and posting procedure
- Deal with irregular payments and refund
- Prepare cashier reports
- Supervise the cashiering system
- Assist in supervising, training, motivating and leading team members to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills required to perform their duties
- Able to multi-task and multi-role in other sections within the Front Office where required
- Perform any other job tasks assigned by the Management
