The service is provided to ensure a seamless experience at the airport for guest and limousine driver. The Ambassador is impeccably well-groomed, communicates professionally and creates an unforgettable first impression for guests.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
- Minimum GCE O/N Level.
- Certificate/Diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institution is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or tourism related industry is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English.
- Impeccably well-groomed.
- Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
