Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Able to perform guest check-in/check-out and cashier duties
- Ensure sufficient guest rooms and perform rooms block when necessary
- Handling guest inquiries with knowledge and ensure the safety of customers
- Manage customer satisfaction and handle complaints from guests
- Coordinating with housekeeping and ensure the workflow is running smoothly
- Prepare reports on every shift and assist duty managers to conduct routine activities
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time
