Originally constructed in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest of the 21 surviving wool stores in Sydney. Transformed into a luxurious hotel, this five-level sandstone and brick building features 90 meticulously designed guestrooms, a multi-award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and bar, and a range of all-inclusive spaces for meetings and events.
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Guest Service Agent to help us deliver unforgettable guest experiences at Hotel Woolstore 1888. We aim to bring a twist to hospitality, giving each guest the satisfaction of having found a hidden gem through our hosts’ unique touches and engaging welcomes.
In this role, you’ll ensure our guests feel at home from arrival to departure with thoughtful, personable, and sincere hospitality. You will handle requests with a smile, manage reservations and accounts accurately, and help maximize occupancy and revenue. Additionally, you’ll efficiently handle phone calls, coordinate transportation and luggage services, and assist with portering duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

- Available to work within a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays and occasional nights
