    front of house reception team

Responsibilities:

  • Portage of guest luggage to and from suites.
  • Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities andservices we have to offer.
  • Checks guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Greets all guests that come into contact with Guest Relations ensuring that theguest name is used at all times.
  • Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and givesdirections as required.
  • Answers all telephone calls within three rings in a professional friendly manner.
  • Informs guests of all facilities and services available in the Property.
  • Sets up guest accounts accurately.
  • Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift maintaining anaccurate float.
  • Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts & reservations.
  • Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensurecontinuity of service.
  • Communicate guest requests & issues to appropriate departments promptlyand efficiently.
  • Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times.
  • Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly.
  • Maintains dress and grooming standards at all times
  • Poolside service of drinks, clearing poolside area of wet towels and neateningsun lounges in pool areas and beachfront etc when required.
  • Carries out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager ormanagement team.
