Job Description
Welcome our guests, assist them with their booking and accommodation requirements. Manage payments and balancing of folios and payments. Assist with all our queries, reservations and portering.
Range of shifts 6am, 2pm or 10pm starts, requires the ability to cover night shifts at times.
Work on a rotating roster over 7 days and public holidays
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent personal presentation
Work well in a team
Positive and calm under pressure
Commitment to the role, ideally looking for long term staff who wish to grow in Hospitality
Qualifications
Previous customer experience 3 months
