DESCRIPTION:
Guest Service Associates will work with the Operations Department on game days and non-game day events to assist with establishing and maintaining a superior level of customer satisfaction for Red Stars fans and attendees. This is an hourly, paid position where associates are required to work all Chicago Red Stars home games at SeatGeek Stadium and will have the ability to assist with non-game day events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years & older
- Must be available to work the remaining home games of the 2024 season
- Must be able to undertake a combination of walking, standing, or moving throughout the game
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude
- Must possess knowledge of the NWSL and the Chicago Red Stars
- Must be a team player who demonstrates initiative and can solve problems collaboratively
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfortable utilizing radio to share information
- Must have access to transportation to get to/from SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL, and other non-game day events if needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Welcome fans, provide directions, and distribute promotional items as fans enter the gates
- Enhance the positive journey for fans by answering questions and ensuring any customer service issue is addressed in a prompt and friendly manner
- Assist with pre-game check-in for special fan experiences and activities
- Ensure a safe environment for fans by reporting any potential safety hazards
- Participate in the execution of all on-site activations and on-field promotions
- Assist staff with check-in for premium hospitality spaces
- Assist with corporate partnerships, community, and ticket sales pre-game and post-game events and activities as needed
- Assist with other fan-related game day tasks as necessary
- Option to participate in non-game day events including ticket sales, grassroots marketing, corporate partnership, and community events.
