Description:

Key Responsibilities:Guest Services:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the property, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns, working closely with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and anticipating guest needs.

Reservations and Coordination:

  • Assist with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations as required.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details.
  • Prepare daily reports related to occupancy, guest feedback, and service delivery.

General Administration:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services, including preparing guest correspondence, and maintaining front desk supplies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding security and confidentiality.
