Guest Services Agent

Must be available for all shift types with no restrictions (including evenings, weekends and overnight shifts).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hotel guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Operate phone systems, handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations tactfully
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.65-$24.75 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
