Lancemore Crossley Street is seeking a Guest Service Agent needed to join our amazing Front Office Team delivering genuine hospitality and a boutique experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Help deliver exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey including reservations, arrivals, departures and throughout their stay
- Cover the occasional Front Office Supervisor shift.
- Be an ambassador for the Hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand
- Be a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possible
- Assist in hosting our famous ‘hosted hour’ and interact and get to know our amazing guests
- Assist the Food and Beverage Team with barista, bar and room service
- Help to ensure a smooth check in and out process for our guests utilizing the Hotel’s PMS system
- Answer and process reservation enquiries, make recommendations and upsell rooms according to availability
- Coordinate with other departments
- Answer and dispatch both incoming external and internal calls
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages
- Follow up on all guest requests and complaints
- Be a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possible
- Support the operational teams with administrative tasks as required
