We are looking for enthusiastic, fun, and caring people to help to provide meaningful experiences for our guests. Join our dynamic team as a Guest Services Coordinator to support our corporate call center.
Looking to fill the following schedule
Monday: 9:30am - 6pm
Thursday: 11am - 7pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 2pm

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hospitality experience in a call center environment, with preferred outbound and inbound call experience
• Exceptional communication skills with guests and team members
• Well-versed in the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong customer service skills with a sales-focused mindset
• Proficient in administrative tasks using the Zenoti computer system

• Answer all incoming calls within three rings, ensuring a Five-Star guest experience
• Schedule guest reservations accurately and introduce each guest to a minimum of add-on services.
• Take guest product and gift card orders
• Maintain and report service schedules, timing, and pricing in Zenoti
• Keep current with products and services, including timing, benefits, and pricing
• Provide education to guests regarding company initiatives and beauty industry trends
• Attend and actively participate in monthly department meeting calls
• Support Neroli location social media content creation
• Demonstrate flexibility by handling other duties as assigned by leadership
• Participate in goal-setting and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Other duties assigned by leadership
