About the Role:
The Guest Services Host is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for setting the stage for a positive and productive stay and utilizing a customer interaction system to provide high-quality, knowledgeable, and consultative customer service and administrative support. This role will be located in our Dubai office and the working hours will be between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Offering a genuine welcome to all visitors and personnel and escorting internal and external clients to their destination
  • Curating experiences in the workplace to make the internal and external client feel valued and part of the community
  • Maintaining Guest Services and other relevant inbox communication, in collaboration with the global Workplace Experience “WE” 24/7 team, to ensure prompt, one-stop resolution service to internal and external clients
  • Ensuring workstations, offices, and collaboration spaces are presentable, equipped, and configured to customer specifications and ready for use
  • Executing the food and beverage experience for the office and conference centre, including menu planning, presentation and breakdown, and engaging with requisite stakeholders as required

  • Possess the ability to utilise and navigate various technology platforms and applications
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

And have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Hospitality or customer service management experience
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule; occasional evenings and weekend shifts will be required
