Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
• 2 years of customer service experience, required.
• 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferred.
• Additional Skills Required:
• Critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicate skills and patience with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Must be detailed oriented and demonstrate problem solving skills.
